Ph.D. in Extragalactic Astronomy at INAOE in 1998, then he was related with few international astroparticle experiments as Pierre Auger Observatory, HAWC, and LAGO. Since 2005 he has been involved with the University Space Project in collaboration with the Moscow State University, composed by the Tatyana I and II missions and recently the TUS instrument on board of the M. Lomonosov Satellite launched in 2016. He has dictated courses at graduate and undergraduate levels, especially in the areas related to the experimentation. Complement these activities with talks of dissemination and public outreach in astronomy and science in general within several programs.
