Óscar Mario Martínez Bravo Ph.D

Ph.D. in Extragalactic Astronomy at INAOE in 1998, then he was related with few international astroparticle experiments as Pierre Auger Observatory, HAWC, and LAGO. Since 2005 he has been involved with the University Space Project in collaboration with the Moscow State University, composed by the Tatyana I and II missions and recently the TUS instrument on board of the M. Lomonosov Satellite launched in 2016. He has dictated courses at graduate and undergraduate levels, especially in the areas related to the experimentation.

Carlos Enrique Varela Ph.D.

Researcher in Ultra High Energy Cosmic Rays, data science, the design of experiments for the study of cosmic rays,  with a particular focus on the mass composition and spectrum of cosmic rays elongation rate analysis, features of the spectrum of cosmic rays 2nd knee, ankle, using simulations Monte Carlo on supercomputing.

Isabel Pedraza Morales Ph.D.

Dr. Isabel Prof. Pedraza is now the first Mexican women, working in a Mexican institution, to hold a management appointment in one of the biggest scientific collaboration in the world, the CMS (Compact Muon Solenoide) collaboration of the LHC (Large Hadron Collider) at CERN (Erupean Organization for Nuclear Research). SheThere she  coordinates the Research and &Development (R&D) activities for the new muon detection technologies where 21 institutions from 11 countries are involved.

Humberto A. Salazar Ibargüen Ph. D.

Dr. Salazar Ibargüen is head of the Director General General Directorate of the Computing and Information Technologies and Communications and Researcher of the Faculty of Physical Mathematics Sciences at BUAP. His contributions gave evidence of the existence of the Higgs Bosson.

 and made him a creditor of "The 2013 High Energy and Particle Physics Prize", granted by the European Physics Society.
